SZ series Magnetoelectric speed sensor (Vibration speed sensor)
System features
The SZ series magnetic-electric velocity sensor is an inertial sensor. It converts vibration signals into voltage signals based on the principle of magnetic-electric induction, and the voltage value is proportional to the vibration velocity value. It can be used to measure the vibration of bearing housings, casings or structures (absolute vibration relative to inertial space). It is directly installed on the outside of the machine and is convenient for use and maintenance.
Main functional features
The output signal is directly proportional to the vibration velocity and can be applied in the fields of high-frequency, medium-frequency and low-frequency vibration measurement.
The SZ series sensors feature a relatively low output impedance and a good signal-to-noise ratio. There are no special requirements for the output plug and cable either, and it is convenient to use.
The sensor design eliminates the frictional moving parts, thus offering good flexibility and the ability to measure minute vibrations (0.01mm).
The sensor has a certain ability to resist lateral vibration (no more than 10g peak).
It can be used to measure the vibration of bearing housings, casings or structures (absolute vibration relative to inertial space). It can be directly installed on the outside of the machine, making it convenient to use and maintain.
