Eddy current sensor series
The eddy current displacement sensor can measure the relative position between the object being measured (which must be a metal conductor) and the end face of the probe. Due to the excellent long-term reliability, high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, non-contact measurement, fast response speed, and immunity to media such as oil and water, eddy current displacement sensors are often used for long-term real-time monitoring of parameters such as shaft displacement, shaft vibration, and shaft speed of large rotating machinery. They can analyze the working conditions and fault causes of the equipment. Effectively protect equipment and carry out predictive maintenance. The system mainly includes probes, extension cables (which users can choose as needed), preamplifiers and accessories.
Radial vibration measurement: It can indicate the working condition of the bearing and detect mechanical faults such as rotor imbalance, misalignment and shaft cracks
Axial position measurement: It can indicate the wear of the thrust bearing or the possibility of potential bearing failure
The average radial position of the shaft within the bearing: It can be used to determine the azimuth Angle and also serves as an indicator of whether the rotational speed is stable and whether the shaft is centered
Eccentricity: For large and small turbine machinery, when starting up, it is necessary to measure the bending of the shaft, that is, the eccentricity
Phase control signal: It is used to measure the rotational speed and phase Angle of the shaft
