SDJ-3B/g and SDJ-3L/g vibration monitoring protection
device is mainly used in power, steel, construction material,
chemical industry. It can monitor and measure the absolute
vibration of the bush and the relative vibration of the
spindle on the rotation machinery so that the operator can
know the working condition of the machinery and provide
corresponding maintenance. When the vibration exceeds
normal value, this device will give an alarm and signal so
that the machine can be protected timely. The working cell
of SDJ-3B/g and SDJ-3L/g vibration monitoring protection
device (intelligentized) is a SG-2 type speed sensor. The
LED displayer shows the amplitude and speed of the
vibration.
●Measuring range: Measure the vibration amplitude or
intensity
1. SDJ-3B/g vibration amplitude: set between 0-400um
(peak-peak value)(If the customer does not specify any
special requirement, the factory set value is 0～200um)
2. SDJ-3L/g vibration intensity: set between 0-20.0mm/s
(average root value)(If the customer does not specify
any special requirement, the factory set value is 0～
20.0mm/s)
