Rotating machinery such as industrial feed water pumps usually does not allow reverse rotation. When reverse rotation occurs, immediate measures should be taken. The intelligent reverse tachometer is designed for this purpose. It is equipped with two eddy current sensors and installed at the required Angle. It can not only measure the rotational speed of the equipment but also monitor the rotation direction of the shaft, and provide alarm and protection signals when the equipment reverses.

Function Description
l Achieve intelligent processing: Alarms, dangers, number of teeth, and range values can be set through the panel keys
It features alarm, danger and reverse alarm functions. The panel is indicated by indicator lights, and the rear panel has terminal blocks providing relay output.
The alarm delay adjustment range is 0.1 to 6 seconds to prevent false alarms caused by on-site interference
There is a current output terminal on the rear panel that is proportional to the rotational value for record output

WT-φ16-L80 Integrated eddy current sensor
1.Overview
The integrated eddy current sensor selects imported electronic components and adopts surface mount circuit technology. It integrates all the electronic processing parts of the probe into one eddy current sensor. It does not require high-frequency coaxial cable connection or the selection of a preamplifier. It has the advantages of easy installation, low cost and few mechanical failures.

Installation and wiring
1. Installation
Insert the sensor into the installation bracket, ensuring that the distance between the probe and the speed measurement gear is between 0.5 and 1.5mm, and then tighten the fastening nut.
2. Wiring
Under normal circumstances, the cables of eddy current sensors use high-temperature three-core shielded wires.
