1. Overview
The 8000 series supervisory device is a highly reliable
multifunctional combined type monitor. It can respond flexibly
to any system design from medium and small type rotating
machinery to TSI and monitor multi-parameter of Turbine to detect
machine failures early on and inform the operator of these. 8000
series supervisory monitor have high quality and performance.
All standards of 8000 series monitor reach the advanced level in
China. The outline dimension adopts frame-type standard chassis.
In addition, all monitors can be freely assembled to meet the users design.
8000 /011/012 single/dual channel bearing vibration monitor
This is a single / dual channel bearing vibration monitor. The input signal of vibration is from the SZ series speed
sensor. It mainly measures bearing vibration of rotating machinery.
8000/022 dual channel axis vibration monitor
This is a dual channel axis vibration monitor. The input signal is from eddy current sensor. It mainly measures the
vibration of rotating machinery shaft relative to the bearing cap.
8000/031/032 single/dual channel axial displacement monitor
This is a single / dual channel axial displacement monitor. The input signal of the axial displacement is from eddy
current sensor. It mainly measures the transformation of the rotating machine rotor relative to the axial position of
the fixed portion.
8000/041/042 single/dual channel differential expansion monitor
This is a single / dual channel differential expansion monitor. The input signal of the differential expansion is from
eddy current sensor. It mainly measures the relative axial position transformation of the rotor of the turbine relative
to the cylinder caused by the thermal expansion mismatch.
8000/051 speed / zero speed monitor
This is a single channel speed monitor. Its input signal is from SZCB-01 series magnetic pickup sensor or eddy
current sensor. It mainly monitors speed and zero-speed of rotating machinery.
8000/061 eccentricity monitor
This is a single channel eccentricity monitor. The input signal of the eccentricity is from eddy current sensor. It
mainly monitors the rotor winding degrees of rotating machinery between start and stop process.
8000/071/072 cylinder expansion monitor
This is a single / dual channel cylinder (thermal)expansion monitor. Its input signal is from the TD-2 series linear
variable differential transformer displacement sensor (LVDT). It mainly monitors cylinder’s expansion.
8000/081/082 series valve position monitor
This is a single / dual channel valve position(oil motive) monitor. The input signal is from the TDZ-1 or TD-1 series
linear variable differential transformer displacement sensor (LVDT). It mainly monitors the degree of opening of
the turbine valve position.
8000/091/092 oil tank level monitor
Its input signal is from the UT-81 series linear variable differential transformer displacement sensors (LVDT). It
mainly monitors turbine oil tank level.
8000/ 102 temperature monitor
This is a dual channel temperature monitor. Its temperature sensing element uses thermocouple. There is a wide
range of temperature measurement, and can be widely used in temperature measurement spaces.
8000/111/121 single/dual channel axial displacement/differential expansion monitor
This is an axial displacement monitor. It made by the monitoring channel, the mountain-shaped displacement
sender, the magnetic saturation and the power. It mainly measures the transformation of the rotating machine rotor
relative to the axial position of the fixed portion.
8000/142 universal indicator
Universal indicator is a dual channel Monitor. The input signal is from the live-wire transmitters. In accordance
with the setting range, Its input current signal is converted to the corresponding display value in the header, and
output a way the current signal which is the same as input signal same size. The output current signal privides for
the external instrument.
8000/150 key phase
The Key phase channel is a four channel module. It provides key phase signal for the monitor module. the input
signal is from the eddy current sensor, and converted to a digital key phase signal. Monitor module and external
fault diagnostic equipment use it to measure the phase vector parameters.
8000/001 instrument power
It installed in the 8000 series monitor rack, to provide a highly reliable power supply for the 8000 series monitors
which are mounted in the same rack.
8000/01 instrument rack
8000 instrument rack can fix the 8000 series monitor protector and 8000/001 instrument power, the rack box-bits is
between 4 to 14 frame bit for selection.
