HOUDE METER  HZD-B-8B Vibration Transmitter 
Application
HZD-B-8B vibration transmitter, which integrates vibration veloci-ty
sensors with precision measure circuit, realizes traditional vibration measurement
system function of ‘sensors & monitoring instrument’ mode. It is suitable
for constructing economical high precision vibration measurement system.
The transmitter can connect directly to DCS, PLC or other systems, and it is an
ideal choice for fans, water pumps and other industrial equipments to measure
vibra-tion.

Mounting & Wiring
1. Mounting
Connect transmitter with measured object correctly; use double-headed
screws to fasten; one side is fastened in transmitter bottle center hole and the
other is in the proper position of bearing cap on rotating machinery. It is
suitable for field need high protection level.
2. Wiring
Transmitter is mounted on the proper position. Make the two-core air plug
into the socket, and then connect correctly according to marks of transmitter
cable. Generally, it uses two-core shielded cable:
Brown: +24V Blue: current +
This wiring method is for reference only; if it isn’t in conformity with the
physical object, please follow the cable marks.

Attention
1. The built-in sensor is precision sensitive device, so improper using and
storage will affect measuring accuracy. During delivery or mounting, it should
avoid vibration and lash.
2. Transmitter has fully enclosed structure, and user should not discount or
adjust voluntarily.
3. It should indicate the range when ordering.
