The RDZW-2Na intelligent Axial displacement monitoring and protection instrument is a highly reliable monitoring and protection device for detecting the axial displacement of rotating machinery. It detects the displacement signal through an eddy current sensor and digitally displays the displacement value on the LED. It can easily set arbitrary positive and negative alarm and stop limits within the range. Internal with a self-diagnostic function to prevent the wrong shutdown of rotating machinery. Zero position and gain constant can be confirmed on site without potentiometer adjustment, which is convenient for on-site installation and debugging. The device has a friendly user interface, all operation functions are displayed in character on the display, the operation is simple and intuitive.


Ii. Main functions and technical conditions:
1. Input signal: Select different specifications of DWQZ series eddy current sensor system according to the required measurement range.
2. Linear range: 8mm probe 2mm;
Diameter 11mm probe 4mm;
Diameter 25mm probe 12mm.
3. Displacement display ±X.X (mm), gap voltage display -XX.XX(V), accuracy: ±1.0%.
4. Current output 4~20mA analog signal, load resistance ≤500Ω, accuracy: ±1.0%.
5. Alarm output: LED flashing, relay action, relay contact capacity DC28V /2A, AC250V /1A.
6. Dc-24v voltage output for powered eddy current sensor.
Seven. Failure indication: When the input signal is abnormal, the LED fails to indicate and block the alarm output.
8. Parameters can be displayed or set on the display by pressing buttons. Parameters that can be set or displayed include: alarm value (positive alarm value, negative alarm value, positive stop value, negative stop value), alarm delay time, positive gain, negative gain, zero gap voltage, current linear correction.
9. With zero confirmation function, the instrument zero position and mechanical zero position can be easily consistent by using the instrument key.
10. Automatically save the historical peak value and historical alarm status after the alarm, and set the data and historical parameters can be stored for a long time after the power failure.
11. It has the function of power on and power off suppression (protecting historical data, suppressing false alarm), and self-locking alarm output function within about 10 seconds after power-on.
